Delivery and payment fees
Delivery fees depend from the chosen delivery and  payment mode. Important: The delivery fees are to be paid only once for an order no matter how many items were ordered. We favour delivery by post, but also deliver Unseon request by DHL, UPS etc.

Prepayment:
Easy and fast. You will receive from us a confirmation of your order stating all details as well as the shipping costs and the total amount  to be paid. Please always mention your name and the number of the order.

Please note, that after your order is received, the concerned items will be reserved for you and delivered as soon the credit-advice of the bank entered.

Total amount of the order is to be paid within 8 days. If no payment can be traced, the order will be cancelled.

What is happening, once we received your order?

You will immediately receive a confirmation of your order, stipulating all items, their price, shipping fees and total amount. Should you not receive this confirmation within 3 hours, please advice us.

You will be informed about the status of your order; i.e.  

  • Open order
  • Transmitted to delivery department
  • Waiting for payment
  • Confirmation having received payment
  • Delivery of the order

Post deliveries arrive normally within 1 to 4 days.
On request we send you a hardcopy invoice.
