Your right to cancel/retract from your order
Information regarding cancellation:
You may cancel your order by writing not later than 2 weeks after receipt.
However the returned goods must be in new condition and unused. You may open the wrapping to check the goods. No utilisation is allowed, since it will reduce the value of the goods which will then be charged to the client by reducing the amount to be paid to you. No explanation nor reason is to be given for a cancellation, but must be communicated by email or writing to YPCB Ltd., 45, rue Mont-Royal, L-8255 Mamer (info@luxswiss.com).
After receipt of the cancellation we will inform you how to send it back.
We will charge a commission of 10 % when reimbursing. Transportation fees are to be born by the client, even if their amount t exceeds EURO 40.--. All these rules do not apply for resellers.
